For those independent travelers making the road trip - the M3 is closed all weekend for a bridge demolition between J2 (M25) and J3. There will undoubtedly be diversions signposted, but if you're taking the M25 north loop I would personally take the A30 exit on the M25 (J13?) and head down through Egham and Sunningdale on the A30 to J3 on the M3. Traffic-permitting it will add 10-15 minutes on your journey, no more.
I will wave as we pass, because due to one of those cruel twists of fate that only the FA fixture computer can deliver, I will be heading to Colchester for a variety of family birthdays this weekend.
