Eleventh defeat in fourteen games for Villa. Nobody had this spot-on, but 5 did manage to get the outcome.
CARDIFF 2 BURNLEY 2
Burnley come from two goals down to get a draw, and are now undefeated in nine. Again no 3 pointers for anybody here, but a big 10 had the outcome.
CREWE 1 OLDHAM 0
Incredibly this is a first away defeat of the season for Oldham, even though they are in the bottom four. Just the 2 (noah4x4 and sevebalo) had this spot-on, and there were 6 who got the outcome.
MILLWALL 1 BURY 0
Just one defeat in their last eight league games, after this narrow win for Millwall. Just the 2 (ethicsgirl and Daniel) had this spot-on, with a further 19 getting the outcome.
SCUNTHORPE 0 PETERBOROUGH 4
Peterborough capitalise on defensive errors to thrash Scunthorpe. Sounds familiar. No surprise that nobody got this spot-on, but 16 did have the outcome.
WYCOMBE 2 PORTSMOUTH 2
Portsmouth are another team to get a draw, after being two goals down. Well done to the 2 (ethicsgirl and burnsieespana) who got this spot-on, and there were also 10 more having the outcome.
Yet another week where the 3 pointers were hard to find, with just the six overall. So thanks mainly to the wins for Millwall and Peterborough, there were still plenty of 1 point outcomes to be had. With such a dearth of 3 pointers, well done to ethicsgirl, for being the only one to get two of them. By also having one other outcome, she is this weeks top performer, with a very good 7 points. A special mention for wessex_exile for getting all six outcomes.
In the Premier, ethicsgirl takes advantage of yet another week without any 3 pointers for Gate16, by reducing his lead to 6 points. wessex_exile has hit a rich vein of form, with 24 points from the last 22 games (9 points more than anybody else in the same period), and is now looking at those above, rather than below.
In Division One, not much to report here, as everybody are in the same positions as they were last week. Though jonestones only remains top by virtue of the most 3 pointers rule. Further down the table, lack of 3 pointers for gsy163 (33 games), Barsidepete (30 games), and gerry_us (33 games), are holding them back from the play-off spots.
The latest regarding Champions League qualification, is that the final qualifying spot is now held by Sector4, with his 71 points.
