The England U 21 has created vast interest in footie fans around the area to attend WHCS. I have constantly been ask this week has a U's fan if I will be attending. General surprise that U's fans do not have first refusal for match tickets and I have to inform them that it is a FA run match .
The general attitude was surprise that I watch, I quote , rubbish league one football than England best U21 players .
This policy came about after years ago spending good money watching some unispiring international matches, apart from Zico/Brazil , is my general reply.
Most are attending due to the price, but this is a ideal opportunity for the U's to send questionaires to those attending on what will get them back to WHCS on a more regular basis . How many support Premier league /championship clubs but do not attend their own home matches would be a interesting question /reply .
Lets not lose this chance and learn how to increase are fanbase, has we have been lucky in hosting any England international, a privilege not know to many . |  |
