Not only did we need to perform for all clubs in this league for the final game of the season, but for OURSELVES .
Since relegation from the Championship, the club has failed to progress, even towards a play off position .
A unsecure defence ,over populated midfield and a individual striker has made the policy of the management , have to be reassessed for the start of next season by the Chairman .
We know of wage constraits, from next season, but this did not stop us from getting a Championship place before, on low gates, small squad and players who progress their careers/ wages after putting in a shift for this club.
To much negativity from the management on the playing front and stagnation regards league position is already becoming the story for next season unless a major overall is established .
So release ALL out of contract players will be a start , sign a couple of Premiership loanees , ( not Sears) and show a indication that the club can go forward .
Pictures of a new training facility do not mean much to the average supporter, only perfomances and results on Saturday do .
Or perhaps only doing a Swindon , will refire attitudes within . |  |
