Lillis signs two year deal Thursday, 26th May 2016 18:38 by Col Dale have been boosted with the news that out of contract goalkeeper Josh Lillis has signed a two year contract with the club keeping him at Spotland until 2018. With two of the out of contract players choosing to pursue their career elsewhere in the last few days, there was a growing fear that Lillis would be the next out of the exit door. Indeed, local rumours had suggested since the back end of March that Lillis would be leaving Spotland following the expiry of his contract. But it was announced on Thursday that the current Supporters' Player of the Year had penned a contract at Spotland continuing his four year stint at the club for a further two years.
