Very distressing to see turmoil at the Shrimpers this season. Pressure increasing on Phil Brown as his side slide down League One after losing eight of the last nine league games. Plenty of Southend fans calling for Brown to go but I hope he stays for the rest of the season. More chance of an Essex derby next season if he does. |  |

I hate going to Roots Hall. Worst football ground with the worst away end in the EFL. Seats and legroom too small. Shocking on site catering, paddling in pee in the urinals. Local pubs grotty. Just ghastly.

I was at Adams Park, and did hear that one of the urinals was like a lake, but I used the other. No real ale on site, only lager and sweet cider. That saved my need to go twice as I only had two 330ml ciders.
Adams Park is poor, but gets my vote over Roots Hall as the Shrimpers don't sell any alcohol in the away end. Wycombe has, at least made an effort and the burgers were good. Roots Hall has zero redeeming features. | | | |
