I agree entirely that showing midweek matches live will almost certainly challenge attendances, particularly once we get into the wetter colder months of the year, but I wouldn’t have thought there’ll be many who’d try and do a Likely Lads just to watch the game for free a day later? However, as an exile, the midweek live broadcast are brilliant, even at £10 per match, and for me completely guilt-free, as matches I simply wouldn’t be able to travel to otherwise. If the club get a slice of my tenner, even better. |  |
