Of the January arrivals Roberts had the best pedigree and I looked forward to seeing him play but he has been woefully underused. As this can't be the fault of anyone at Col U (it never is) what exactly did Roberts do wrong?

To be fair wonder if Premier League clubs use this a way of putting young players on work experience and hope some force themselves into first team ( has a extra plus ) before being released. Would be Intresting to know who pays what percentage of his wages while a loanee.

Perhaps Newcastle need all their young players back to play for them, perhaps they don't see any point in a loan that doesn't provide game time.
Just seems a bit strange that Aaron Collins barely saw the pitch either.
