Juventus have gone away from the stripes to appeal to the U.S market. American's won't buy the black and white stripes because they associate black and white stripes with the referee's shirt in American Football.

Alternatively, they could appoint a manager who likes to spend more money on a squad that was already unaffordable, celebrate the subsequent promotion and everyone can make out how remarkable he is.
