If you are counting Dale as one of the grounds then I have seen Fleetwood, Chester, Chesterfield, Darlo.
Or are you saying with Rotherham Millmoor, Sheffield and New York Stadium. Do neutral grounds such as Wembley qualify? |  | | |

Assuming you mean away games only I have seen the following at home at three different grounds:
Brighton (Goldstone Ground, Gillingham, WIthdean) - not been to current ground
Chester (Sealand Road, Macclesfield, Deva Stadium)
(AFC) Wimbledon (Plough Lane, Selhurst Park, KIngsmeadow) - should become four in the next couple of years
Rotherham (as above)
There are any number of clubs with two grounds in recent history but the only other one I can think of off the top of my head with three in recent times is Bristol Rovers (Eastville, Bath City and Memorial Ground), but I never got to Eastville.
Coventry could be four on Saturday for some (Highfield Road, Ricoh, Northampton, Birmingham), but I have only been to the first two to see Coventry. |  | | |
