He's toned down the tech talk and came over a lot more plainly. Nothing revelatory in the article but it's all good.

There will be cynical people looking behind what he says but I think he is being transparent and honest. Big season, big test of the new project.

My initial reaction is that Christian is playing down our position and that there will be more recruits incoming

Talks a lot about the human side of everything... some might even say it's a bit suspicious...

Any improvements will need to be part of a long term project. Club is in better state than 12 months ago - both on and off the field. But don't expect any immediate success.

That's the basic message

If it is as you say, that's a smart move.

Never say we have cash to burn, as then Rednapps leeches will be all over us again. Turning down Palarse for their silly loan fee was a good move and shows we won't do that nonsense anymore.

You want to play here? Then play, don't muck us about. If you think you can get a better deal, good luck to you, well done and next!

I do like the way he does not mention the word project. This is a stupid word for what we have. If you really want to use business terms in football, use the correct one, Product.

Our Product is to provide value through an entertaining, winning football team.
This will get punters back in their seats/paying for QPR+ and buying the official merch.

We complain about Chair hogging the ball, but really he is champ class and we are lucky to have him. Yep our standards for what we want are high, and yes we have not as a club been near them in ages, but that is the love of QPR we desire.

Marti has shown how to polish a turd and the fans see that and are now back in their seats. If Nourry and the staff can bring the football, the fan base is there as 45,000 in Wembley will attest too. When I was there waving my QPR flag, I was surrounded by only QPR fans waving theirs, too. There were no neutral tourists in the crowd, it was all QPR fans all 45K of em.

We have the numbers, bring us the football.

zzzzzzzzzz

I think everything he says sounds sensible. We are what we are and we seem to have someone in control who can get us into a better place but I think it is cautionary because there's no *magic wand here but it is getting better.

* Unless Eze is sold of course.

Never knowingly right.

Refreshing to feel good about the direction our club is heading in.

We have a CEO and manager who give me so much confidence that good things will come for us in the not so distant future.

Decisive, proactive and smart.

Yes please.
