 | Forum Thread | ⚽️ Bobby Clark at 12:26 28 Jun 2025
Red Bull Salzburg player Bobby Clark was merely a telephone inquiry from Andrew Coleman in January. Interest wasn’t even registered and to date there isn’t any now. The reports on interest now are incorrect to date. We know how Coleman dealt with the January window, going to leave that there. He was calling the club right at the last minute even though they made it clear they weren’t fielding any talks for three days. Again social media accounts plucking stuff out of the air. He is one year into a five year contract with a 17.5 % sell on fee. The only move the Swans would make I’m told is by way of a loan as his salary isn’t huge. Then a hefty loan fee. If he is sold RBS will want to recover a lot of his fee which is 10M but not fully paid to Liverpool. In the event of a sale RBS will have to cover that. They have an ever improving turnover year by year but selling Clark needs to be something that doesn’t destabilise their investors. They haven’t been floated on any stock exchange. Clark leaving the club permanently has to be managed in such a way as it doesn’t look like very poor business. He has played only sixteen games this season with one goal and two assists. Much of it put down to managers being sacked. Just to say numerous family members do like talking about Bobby, but they are allegedly very good people. Clark is only 20. If the Swans do come in for him it can only be a loan.

They have around five weeks to solve the issues which are still there. Pretty certain from what’s going on at this moment in time behind the scenes they will. |

It’s a good time as well to let us know about what content you want to see more of, match reports will be improved next season but I thought they were pretty good anyway. Stats and match pictures too. But we don’t know what we don’t know. I’ve sent out messages via Keith to every new member. Check your inbox box on here. It’s a slow time of the year but our reports on the news page are reaching thousands of people every day when published. And you get to support the brain tumour charity. Safely moderated, no abuse tolerated. What’s not to like. |

Family over in Spain then, hopefully a decent friendly. Transfer window opens June 16th. |
 | Forum Reply | Lewis O’Brien new contract rumour cleared up, plus Darling news & Joe Alle at 14:34 1 May 2025
The deal was actually known and on the table a few weeks ago, possibly longer. Sheehan has tried really hard to get him another season. Being offered a contract or terms doesn’t always mean a player will accept them. There is an alternative for Joe Allen after the season ends which we are going to sit on for now, however there is going to be a whole load of Swans news over the coming weeks or so. Whether we get it first or just add good context is of no concern to me whatsoever. |

I suppose like everyone who works with Keith on this site is always going to get some lip from those who are hiding behind their perceived safety of a username. I tend to agree most of these people are narcissistic and I too will fight my own corner. I wrote three reports on the horror show with Luke Williams this week. I spoke directly to sources, as per the WBA story, all gave very comparable and succinct information none could know in a group so diverse. Why on earth would we compromise them or allow them to be exposed to these cretinous and dangerous unknowns ? Some people are just born stupid, can’t see anything but their poisoned agenda, and only act after the event. A bit like a bystander taking pictures of a murder without helping. I cannot believe why these people of late are so anonymous and never ever contact me or Keith when they have all the means to do so. The ones on the other site (not Phil’s he wouldn’t allow it as we don’t allow any attacks on him in here) are a different type of obsessive, so strange that they prey on this website for their own ego boost. They state as Keith said that they never come on here but then post links on that god awful place as regular as clockwork. The worst kind of person who again have nothing more to spew than hate, negativity hiding behind a keyboard with nothing in their lives but an outlet for a few people on a washed up old forum their owner should be embarrassed by. Allowing his website to be the main point of negativity to attack a charity we support on here. That’s his level. And do you know what, not one of them has a proper name, nor an identity, much the same as they have in life. Being attacked by a drunk old man on here means not a lot, and his sidekick as well. All I will say is you are very cowardly little people with nothing but hate in your lives and you will never leave anything behind other than a wet stain on the floor. Your contribution to life has come to this ? Think about it, it has actually come to this. |

Just had some discourse with one of the Twitter few who just can’t leave things alone. I think the editing and clarity on this report is understandable and easy to understand. Does any of our regulars disagree or agree with this individual. I thought it was pretty decent without grammar issues. We are always open to feedback, but from what I can see this xxxx has form for this.

 | Forum Thread | International breaks at 18:09 13 Oct 2024
We’ve another one in November, although the Nations League is in place of friendlies, I was speaking to a few Welsh journalists this afternoon and they believe the last two have been very uplifting for Welsh football. My dad is Welsh, and he is very much a club man, me I’ve no interest in England personally, and find it embarrassing the way the media deals with them. What’s your view on international breaks ? I’m still waiting for an away trip on the Indy 😂 |
 | Forum Reply | The Swans fall to the usual mishaps, but it isn’t all bad at 12:14 3 Oct 2024
Thanks, I really appreciate that. it seemed I was on a mercy dash at some point. We didn’t seem to have any other journalists covering Swansea there though. When you consider how little it costs to do this I would have expected at least BBC Wales. They’ve done a generic piece this morning, no reporter name and quotes from the radio. No WOL that I could see. |
