Rochdale AFC’s matchday programme – The Voice of Spotland – returns for this week’s home friendly West Bromwich Albion.

Reduced to a 16-page issue covering both matches, the programme still contains many articles of interest to keep you occupied before, during or after the game.

Steve Eyre brings us his first programme notes as Dale manager, while there is in-depth coverage of both the Leeds and WBA squads.

There is a look back at the last time Leeds visited Spotland for a friendly match and we have two pages on the surprisingly high number of former Dale players who also have Leeds or WBA on their CVs.

The Voice of Spotland will be on sale in the Club Shop and around the ground priced at just £1.00.

As is tradition with The Voice of Spotland, we like to keep the new season design and layout under wraps until the first home game of the campaign.

Therefore, the new-look, matchday programme will appear for the first time at the Carling Cup tie against Chesterfield on Tuesday 9th August.
