Dale's transfer listed winger Nicky Adams is set to sign a two year contract with the West Sussex club after a fee was agreed between the two clubs.

A deal was agreed that takes Adams to the promoted side which has been described as being an "undisclosed fee". with the formalities having gone through today.

A move away from Spotland had been rumoured since the end of January, with a switch to Gigg Lane often said to be in the offing, and that move took a step closer when Adams was transfer listed at the end of the season.

This brings to an end an up and down second spell with the club for Adams in which he scored four goals in nearly eighty appearance following his transfer from Brentford.
