Match update: Pompey v Scunthorpe September 29, 2012

Actual total attendance 10,995 with away attendance 214.

Scunthorpe supporters were excellently behaved and a credit to their club.

Two ejections were both home supporters. One was for smoking and the other for being drunk.

As Scunthorpe scored the fourth official reported that a 50 pence piece had been thrown from the home section at one of the Scunthorpe players. Fortunately the referee did not report this post match. Unfortunately we were unable to identify the individual

Match update: Pompey v Crewe Alexandra October 13, 2012

A fantastic win and three great points so a great day for all our supporters but not for one gentleman who missed the game having been taken from the stadium suffering a suspected heart attack. This was at 14.35 and the gent who is 72 years old had walked into the stadium and had the onset of chest pains. He was taken to hospital by ambulance. I have contacted his family this morning and thankfully after several hours in hospital and various tests he is now home convalescing and hopes to be with us this Saturday coming.

There was another medical incident where an away supporter was hit in the face by a ball at half time but did not require any hospital treatment.

We had 11,829 spectators with 351 away fans.

There were two ejections for smoking one of which was a young man who ran off from a steward when asked to put his cigarette out but still continued to smoke and he was tracked on cctv back to his seat in the Fratton end and ejected from the stadium.

Apart from that it was a great day and the crowd were in a positive mood and a great day was had by our band of loyal supporters.
