Osvaldo Already In Trouble At Boca Juniors
Thursday, 26th Feb 2015 12:55

Dani Osvaldo's future at Boca Juniors is already in doubt after an alleged incident involving members of the Boca squad and women at the team hotel.

Dani Osvaldo could be on his way back to Europe after it was revealed he organised a little party at the team hotel, the On loan striker who was due to make his debut for the club this evening is being named by media sources in Argentina as the ringleader of a little party which involved four team mates and two females.

Boca manager Rodolfo Arruabarrena is reported as having caught on of the players in the middle of having sex with one of the women whilst others watched.

Arruabarrena is reported to have rumbled what was going on when he spotted Martinez escorting one of the girls into the hotel, and he later caught Martinez 'mid-act' in the room of fitness coach Pablo Santella - who was complicit in the players' plan and left the players a free bedroom.

The Boca manager has demanded that Martinez and Osvaldo be seperated from the squad whilst the incident is dealt with and with Osvaldo being the highest earner at the club the manager is believed to have fallen out with the president about what should happen next.

Arruabarrena is believed to favour sending Osvaldo back to Europe, to whom he would return is unclear and obviously Saints would be keen to keep the striker away from St Mary's and see at least some of his astronomical wages funded by another club.

It is yet another twist in the tail for Osvaldo's career since joining Saints as their record signing a little over six months ago, certainly it has been a very costly situation for Saints who are liable for a player fast becoming untouchable for another 2 1/2 years.

At least he can score in a brothel - more than can be said for Saints.

Surely there is some clause covering a players behaviour. He was involved in incidents at saints and in Italy, and now boca. What do u have to do before you can be dismissed.
Surely we are not going to be liable to pay a player that we can't use and no one else wants.

Not 6 months, 18 months now, the sorry saga continues. Sack him for gross misconduct and sue him for breach of contract.
