Its that time in the pre season when you start to look at the league and guess where Macc will end up. No doubt you will find the Silkmen towards the bottom of the Betting Slips and favourites for relegation.

Correct? Yes.... we aren't the favourite for relegation but we aint far off. Stockport County and Accrington Stanley are joint favourites for the drop this season according to William Hill. They have them both at 10/3 with Macc at 7/2 to go down.

Anyone thinking Macc might do well this season? I am very positive. For us to get promotion the best price you will find is 20/1 over at BWIN.com. Worth a little punt that don't you think?

Gillingham are faves to win the league with the best price of 9/1 at most bookies. For the Silkmen to win it you can get around 66/1.

Emile Sinclair has been on fire in pre season. You can back him at 66/1 to be top scorer with the Ricky Sappleton at 80's.
