He is playing for Wales............. moving on then.

This is working in reverse, he plays part of our match so is fit for Wales. Thought it should be other way round.

He had a stomach bug and being sick on the pitch.... not a stomach transplant.

Id be surprised and disappointed should he not play for wales.

So ill on Sunday, cant give last 20 mins- fair enough.

But 2 days later able to declare your self fit enough to lead your country out in a football international.

Fergie would blow his top, hope Monk does.

Cant play full match for club and 2 days later , saying you will lead country. Anyone know if he trained today?

Dodgy rissoles from Rossi's, pre match meal.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Don't get me wrong. Great if Wales qualify, will also be the biggest 1-2-1 between Swans and Cardiff fans for over a decade ( but thats for another thread in a year or so )

Should always be club before country for me as a fan ,and unfortunately wishful thinking a player.

Not sure about anyone else but there have been times where I'm quite ill one minute then within 24 hours I feel normal again let alone 48 hours. Maybe it's just me though.

Well my source definitely reckons he's got a toe problem and shouldn't really play.

Who did you play international football for ?

Bit different from work in factory, office, teaching.....

Lots of employers would not want u in for 3 days, or every bugger is spewing.

How would this help a broken toe?

Have you thought that maybe he was almost over it for the Palace game but was taken off purely because he couldn't quite make the full 90. If this was the case, which I imagine it was or he wouldn't have played at all, then by tomorrow evening he's had plenty of time to get over it.

Can't be broken, he surely wouldn't go near a pitch - nothing from the club or his twitter to confirm this.

Almost over it ? He was throwing up on the pitch.

I love his dedication, but rest and be 100% for the Swans.

I trust that Ash knows his own body better than anyone, if he feels fit enough to play then that's his call to make. Can't say I'd be ok with it were it an injury that he could aggravate mind you.

Its the first I had heard about broken toe tonight, can't see him even considering playing if that was right though. Lets wait and see I guess.

Ok just spoken to my source and been told that Ashley has a very badly bruised toe,it might be broken but Ashely doesn't know if it is or not because he hasn't had it x-rayed.

That's what I'm told and I believe my source.

Great.

Based on that, it's time our medical staff and management grew a pair then and insisted it's x-rayed and repaired properly. This is a multi million pound company asset we are talking about here, not some pub player that decides himself if he can do without a fag for an hour and a half.

Its all Oscars fault. Whats really surprised me recently is Waynes attacks on our fitness staff appear to have ceased whilst our injuries have not. Curious.

if coleman has any sense he would at the very least limit Williams involvement to a half - doesn't he want a Welsh club in the Premiership?
0

If this is really the case then the first thing the new manager should do isd ti sack the medical staff en bloc and build up a team of medical people who actually know wtf they are doing and how to look after players

"a couple of bruised toes" was the phrase used by Monk, I think.
