I'm a huge fight fan and have been to many a world title night. The best being Minter v Hagler back in the day at Wembley.
The last few years i've switched off from boxing so can't offer much of an opinion. The only thing i will say is that i've hated Froch for years as in my opinion was disrespectful to Joe Calzaghe.
I'm going to pay for the fight and hope that mouthy t*at Froch gets his comeuppance. Should be a good fight, both good fighters, credit to Froch he has worked extremely hard and deserves the success he has achieved. Neither are truly world class though as in top drawer...Hopkins, Roy Jones, Calzaghe. |  |

That's good to know. I still don't like the mouthing off that a young pretender needs to do to get a 'shot'. Boxers are superb athletes and it's a shame that it is a part of boxing, Joe Calzaghe, certainly in British boxing is an all time great.
No matter what Froch says now, at the time he went over the top in my opinion. I never forgive, so hope he gets battered.
He's a good fighter though and as I said earlier, has worked his bollo8 off for his success. Good luck to both fighters, hope both come through safely, nice to have a genuine fight. | |
