A little late yes but I'm actually feeling quietly optimistic.
Riga held his nerve and now has the tools. Will need 3 or 4 games to get them organised and then its all about a positive attitude and momentum.
If he pulls it off the problem we will have is keeping Riga after this season. |  | | |

Even with the flurry of signings of late, we're still way behind in terms of a squad and the lack of proper pre-season will surely haunt us throughout the season. As mentioned earlier in the thread, we are really lacking in wingers. Unless the new young Tom is our hope down the right when he is fit? Bobby G. isn't a winger, still not sure if he is even a decent player in his preferred role behind the strikers. Would like to see us get a marauding right back in too, even if it is a loan signing. I miss us having Coleman and Baps. Plus of course a keeper for when we play Cardiff and for when Lewis gets knocks and niggles.
So in summary, still too little (though with the way things are going I'm hopeful that will soon change) and definitely too late. | | | |
