Disappearing Grounds 21:19 - Oct 19 with 2159 viewsribble

Reasonable if not exactly original piece on the BBC website about what has appeared (if anything) in place of some of the old grounds on their demolition. In the case of Burden Park, I'd say that its current usage is something of an improvement.

One of my favourite reads of the day, well researched featuring real people and great they knew where the pen spot was at the old Ayresome Park - remember it well.

Actually would have preferred us to move rather than remove all trace of the old Bloomfield Road with the current site.
