Maybe looking at bringing in a defensive coach could be a better option than keep replacing the players. Defenders taking a extra touch and being caught in possession instead of just doing the basics and clearing the danger would be a great place to start.

Unfortunately that's exactly what Lancashire did on Saturday (after 4 phases of play with neither side getting control of the ball) - he didn't take a touch but chose to clear the danger, the ball was charged down and after more saves/ricochets they scored. Fine margins and 'run of the ball' are all that separated us from Millwall.
