I'd advocated buying the stadium since that glorious day in May (that happy day seems a million miles away from this present time)
An awful lot of people were coming around to the idea, so we could have more of a capacity.
Glad the council have been their normal obstructive anti social selves now and my wish wasn't granted.
And long may they keep up their traditions of being as jobsworth, obnoxious, small minded and obstructive as possible  .
Hopefully the Merricans tell the council they don't want egg chasing at the Statue of Liberty/ Krusty the Klown stadium as it'll ruin the turf for American football as well  |  |
