Jenkins is of course the biggest problem at the club, but the idea that Clement didn't have a big, big part in creating this side is way off the mark.
He is, by nature, a defensive, cautious, boring manager. Might work to a certain extent as an organisational coach working under someone else, but when he's the top boy himself this is what his teams serve up.
Even if you're of the belief that this team has no quality in it (which I'm not) it's got enough quality in it to attack with more intent than it is at present. That is entirely down to the ethos Clement has drilled into them and now he's got the nerve to blame them for it. |  |

Feck me thousands of us knew before the season started that we had no width and no pace in the side ,he the manager and coaches plus players must also have known this ?
But they chose especially the manager to do nothing about it and then halfway through the season says we’re toothless!!

Last season he turned an underperforming lower mid-tables team into a lower mid-table team by coaching some basics back into them.
This season he has a bottom three team that he has no ability to coach or manage anything more out of.
He is tactically a long way behind any decent manager and at the moment has simply no idea what to do with the players he has. He can't coax a performance out of any of them.
There is no point persevering with him.
He is a good coach. He is not a manager.
Another managerial experiment has failed. Move on and the sooner the better for all concerned.

Maybe he should consider changing the way we play instead of fannying about down the sand dunes and with the travel.

The longer he stays the worse we get and the less chance he will ever get another Managerial job.
He will be relegated to a Coach.
At least if he had gone sooner he could have said the Team supplied by Swansea Management were not good enough and that was why he left.

I think we would also be doing the 20,000 swans fans a favour by booting him out now.
It’s going to be a miserable festive period with Clement still in charge, suspect a few stuffings for the swans as well as the turkeys.
