For manager, Challinor is a decent "left field" appointment, as would be someone like Neil Ardley or Brian Flynn.

A big yes for Thommo but he's quite likely to have evolved in his career and be suiable for a DoF role.

	Learning to read clusters is not something your eyes do naturally. It takes constant practice.
