It’s on Ceefax anyway.

my most exciting moment watching Glamorgan was in my front room in deepest darkest Englandshire. Cup semi final or quarter final, I cant remember which, can't remember the year , probably late 90s

I was home from work and checking the score on Ceefax and we had , for all money lost. We still needed a lot of runs and last man Waqar was in. Every time the page refreshed I expected it to show All out, but someone he kept adding runs. I was transfixed to the screen, and by some miracle we won.

it may have been the year we got to Lords and got stuffed by Glostershire

Didn't play Geoff Arnold took 6

Geoff Arnold remember him playing for Sussex but not Surrey sligjtly before my time I think.

Didnt Eifion Jones hit him for a last ball 6 once to win a Sunday league game at Hove

Cricket was better then or is it just me getting old.

Poll: Would you like Cooper to stay or go (regardless of compensation situation)

Ahh Colin Dredge.

Very underrated bowler, was nicknamed "The Demon of Frome", deserved a call up but never got one.

Hell of a side that, no beefy though.

You might think I've forgotten, but one day, when you least expect it, my time will come.
Poll: Celtic and Rangers should be fast tracked into the Championship ASAP

Pulled Hammy shame

Beefy pulls a hammy lol.

I wonder how many times IVA will clear the grandstand? (assuming it's being played at St Helens)?

Many years ago IVA strolled into bat for Somerset at St Helens, took his mark, looked around the field, then prepared to face Greg Thomas steaming in from the Mumbles Rd end...

First ball Viv plays and misses.

Second ball, plays and misses again.

Third ball, he gets beaten by a jaffer from Thomas but fails to get an edge.

By now Thomas is about to explode with rage, he walks down the pitch and says to Viv " It's round and red, why not try hitting it"?

Fourth ball, Thomas comes steaming in only for Viv to smash the ball straight back over his head, clearing the grandstand and onto Mumbles Road.

Viv casually strolls down the pitch and says to Thomas "Hey man, you know what the ball looks like, go and see if you can find it"?...

That's a pity, we could have thanked Roebuck for Viv eventually signing for Glamorgan. 🍻
