Colchester in Tier 4 15:53 - Dec 23 with 704 viewsmfb_cufc

With Colchester going into Tier 4 on Boxing Day, it obviously means no fans at home games until further notice. We are heading for all football being played behind closed doors again.

In other news from League 2. Cambridge United ban fans for booing the players taking the knee.

No surprise about the change in tiers at all. I was briefly entertaining the thought of travelling over for the Tranmere game, but to be honest had already concluded it wouldn't have been the right thing to do. We now have to hope the club, and all other clubs, survive through to the end of the season.

Good to see Cambridge taking a firm but fair line, given those who have taken a ban (and a full refund on their season ticket) will be allowed back next season. I recall Robbie reporting that although we haven't implemented any bans, he has refunded at least one of our booing season ticket holders who has for now decided to stay away.
