No petrol shortage just muppets panicking and topping up their cars for no reason at all. Thankfully very few queues in this part of the country yesterday and as most drivers have full tanks queues will shorten elsewhere in the next couple of days.

Meanwhile Brent Crude reaches a three year high following the energy crisis in Europe pushing up World demand since the easing of the pandemic.

Looks like the fuel shortage caused by panic buying is virtually over.
As of today in the rest of the UK only 5% of Petrol stations are empty with 91% haveing both fuels, 4% only one fuel.

The situation in London and the South East is rapidly improving.
13% are empty down from 25% on Monday. 71% both fuels and 16% obe fuel .

Should be back to normal by Saturday or Sunday.
