Colchester can finally trust the process, but they desperately need results 16:58 - Apr 9 with 443 views

I'm an Ipswich Town fan who has recently begun writing a blog on Substack, focussing on the EFL. This week I've written about the long-term impacts of Robbie Cowling's ownership of Colchester and how changes in recruitment policy may not be enough to undo all the previous decisions.
