Driving in country lanes 16:31 - Jun 28 with 3517 viewsscruffyjack

People who use narrow country lanes should only do so if they can reverse. I came across one yesterday who didn’t have the first idea how to go backwards ten yards. She ended up hitting plastic bollards and nearly hit a wall. How do these people get a licence?

I'am or rather I was an advanced motorcyclist, but i think that qualification expires after a certain amount of years, have done a few Bikesafe courses since, that's an enjoyable day out and an educational one well worth it.

I haven't put a lot of motorcycle miles in for years, its just been on the occasion's that I fancied a good old spin trying to avoid the sheep

Ain't got one now either.

I did both in Plod,Ste.
One of a select bunch who were Class 1 cars and bikes

Did my final ride on a R80/7 Hated them really.
Norton Commandos better to ride but unreliable as fark

Some new Norton's out now, seem decent, my butty rode Pan Europeans when he was in Traffic, he can ride fair play.

If I was to buy another bike, it would either be Honda's CB1000 or another Tracer 900 its just to big a bike for what I want in a bike though, but its just such a brilliant bike to ride. Although BM's S1000r is a stunning looking bike, popped into a dealer last week and saw a couple in there, the Honda is a cracking user friendly bike, but I don't like the tank, I could live with it though.

I was behind my butty who was doing wheelies going up over the Bwlch towards Treorchy on one, I'd have never believed it if I hadn't have seen it with my own eyes.

I was behind him on a 2005 blade, it was an incredible sight
