With three predictions the same, this is now a seven game shoot-out, to find the winner of this seasons Happy Cup.
The first two fixtures are tonight, and here are my thoughts on those games.
COVENTRY CITY v MAIDSTONE UNITED
Maidstone have done well to reach this far, but I think this is where
their journey ends. In the previous round they beat Ipswich by scoring from their only two shots, with Ipswich only managing to score once from 38 shots. I can't see them getting away with that again, and I expect Coventry to win 4 or 5 nil.
WEST HAM UNITED v BRENTFORD
Two out of form teams, with West Ham winless in their last 8 games. and Brentford one win in their last 5. The interesting stat from this game is, they have played each other five times in the Premier League, and Brentford have won every one. For that reason I take Brentford to maintain that 100% record, and win 2-1.
