I only ordered mine on Tuesday and received them Thursday.

I’ve emailed the box office before a day or 2 before a game because I haven’t received a ticket and they arranged for it to be reprinted and collected at the ground.

Might be worth you emailing them just to confirm whether they’ve sent them out or not as you’ve heard from others that they’ve received theirs and can mention you received the Swansea ones.

Still not arrived! Rang the box office, have to email them late next week if still not arrived to get replacement printed for pick up in Derby,
Stupid question but how do they know what ticket they allocated me, it’s blank on the receipt in the app?
