Pablo Hernandez on 19:26 - Oct 8 by orion3016 | Has he ever played 4 games in a row for us, so frustrating when he starts to hit form it's just stop start all the time |
it seems worse than it is b/c west brom last year and palace this year were 2 of his best performances. i think the team really misses him right now because his passing in the final third is much so much more daring and clever than anyone else is capable of right now. not to mention, his shooting looks much improved. i think pozuelo should be started in the hole with michu up front if pablo isn't fit by sunderland as i think he could offer that kind of a threat better than anyone else aside from pablo.
Pablo Hernandez on 01:34 - Oct 10 with 3547 views | Swanfan1 | talking about this season, also Pozuelo should get a run, if he can stick to playing like a winger, instead of tracking into Michu´s space.

Pablo Hernandez on 10:02 - Oct 10 with 3470 views | perchrockjack | I would have though he was getting the best treatment available and when he is well gets equally good advice as to how to stretch ,when to w and when we warm down. I find it staggering to see highly paid footballer sauntering up and down the touchline before they come on when really they should be stretching to avoid injury to muscles which will be asked to do extreme work-at least they should- depending of course on the footballer in question. Often the case the greatest players receive relatively few injuries whereas nomarks seem to get them all the time.

You really don't like Pablo do you - he must be gutted Know it's little compared with the approbation of PRJ but suppose he can console himself with the high regard ML holds him in and his Caps for Spain. Oh and of course his tremendous skill which creates many scoring opportunities for our team, obvious to almost anyone I would have thought.

Actually the current consensus in sports science is that static stretching before physical performance causes more injuries than it prevents, because it lengthens muscles reducing tension, power and performance. So dynamic stretching like "sauntering around" as you put it is preferred, or other low intensity dynamic stretches which don't deprive the muscles of the necessary tension to perform. Basically a stretched muscle is a weak muscle.

stretching is more useful for long distance running. for contact sport best to get the heart started by walking, jumping or languidly posing aorund like a well paid professional who knows how to play at international level.
Pablo Hernandez on 16:39 - Oct 12 with 3199 views | borinifanclub | Pablo is by far the best of all our wingers and would start every game if I picked the team....then rotate Routs and Nath this gets the best out of them too. [Post edited 12 Oct 2013 16:40]

agreed, pablo best of all our wingers, creates more chances, tries to find a shot more often than dyer and routs, links play well but is an absolute liability when he tries to defend.
| on the northbank since 64 now languishing in the east stand |

Pablo Hernandez on 09:30 - Oct 9 by perchrockjack | Fact is he is physically frail and as such can hardly be that significanty a player for us. Seems the odd goal is distracting some from seeing how periferal he is to us. I was half hoping Dyer and Routledge would have upped their game so that he wasn't missed. Orlandi mark2 indeed |
Oh dear, for an old and supposedly wise man you don't half talk some trash at times. However I do appreciate that at occasionally it is simply to garner attention

However, when you consider that his main critic is Perchie it becomes significantly less amazing.

Pablo Hernandez on 15:02 - Oct 13 with 2878 views | perchrockjack | Main critic? Well feck me, if Clasie says it then its true. Really don't like him. Frankly don't give shite as Im only interested in what he does for my team AND your team Andrew y know the team I love to see lose. Can someone, without getting a little personal explain what he has done for us that is so remarkable and makes him irreplaceable . So you re all correct about stretching now. . The thread was initially about this guys return and physicality but it morphed yet again into a bitchfest with much point scoring. A more apposite response such as youre would have curtailed this spat Anyway, might see you SATURDAY .I ll be well looked after don't worry and have bags of sweeties to give away to the young kiddies
