Difficult thing to do this year.
Management was unconvincing and player response was all wrong a lot of the time. We may never know the root cause.
In consequence I'd rather say, Tom Eastman has an OK year, for a very young lad Chilvers did very well and our keepers weren't bad. The emergence of Tchamadeu was encouraging and I hope there will be others like him, whilst Wiredu was a positive signing and crucial late influence to our survival. Lad just needs to learn how to shoot.
