Is George on his way? 14:25 - May 9 with 1122 views | RSCOSWORTH | Has there been a reason given as to why Hornby played the last two games of the season rather than George? He was fit enough to be on the bench which would imply he was fit enough to play if required. Was Wayne Brown preparing for next season perhaps? A similar thing happened when we knew Walker was leaving and Barnes played the last couple of games of the season. Will be a shame if George does leave but we'll be due a fee and Hornby seems like an able replacement.

Or alternatively, to have another look at him in action before making Newcastle/ Sam an offer?

We have two outstanding keepers in Shamal George and Sam Hornby. I think that WB decided once we were safe to give Sam more games because he did not let us down during Shamals injury lay off. Frankly he made four superb saves on Saturday and his dead ball kicking is excellent. It would be good to keep both. Bradford don't need Dam apparently. Up the U's
