ARSENAL 1 HULL CITY 0 Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard scored the winner as his side extended their lead at the top of the Premier League table to six points. Everyone predicted a win for Arsenal, but only basher2010 did well to have it spot-on. 10 went for a 2-0 in what was the weeks most predicted score.
FULHAM 1 NEWCASTLE UNITED 1 Rodrigo Muniz scored his first goal since the opening day of last season as Fulham denied Newcastle and head coach Matthias Jaissle a much-needed win. A super 6 had this spot-on, and another 2 got the outcome.
NOTTINGHAM FOREST 3 MANCHESTER CITY 1 Liam Delap scored two superb goals as Forest earned their first home Premier League win of the season with a victory over a slipshod City. Nobody got this spot-on, and only basher2010 had the outcome. 20 predicted a win for City.
BIRMINGHAM CITY 2 SWANSEA CITY 1 Birmingham climbed to the top of the Championship as Jay Stansfield's 87th minute goal secured a victory over 10-man Swansea. A sublime 9 had this spot-on, and a further 4 got the outcome.
CHARLTON ATHLETIC 2 SHEFFIELD UNITED 1 Substitute Matty Godden scored four minutes after coming on to end Charlton's 11-game winless run and earn them their first three points since 29 August. 4 got this spot-on, and one more had the outcome.
WEST BROMWICH ALBION 3 MILLWALL 0 Isaac Price scored his eighth goal of the season as West Brom beat Millwall at home in the Championship for the first time in six years. Well done to NME_cufc for being the only one to have this spot-on, and another 18 got the outcome.
With five home wins, and 1-1 draw, they helped to make this the second best 6 game week of the season so far. Despite the wins for Arsenal, Forest and West Brom only producing two 3 pointers between them, the other three games achieved a decent 19 in total. Four members did well to have two 3 pointers, with the best coming from NME_cufc, who got the Charlton 2-1 to go with his good West Brom 3-0. He also had three outcomes, to make him the weeks top scorer with an excellent 9 points. Only failing to get the Forest win to give him a full house. Also bwildered, who got the Fulham 1-1 and the Birmingham 2-1, and Lewis_1, who had the Fulham 1-1 and the Charlton 2-1. They each also got two outcomes, to give them both a decent 8 points. Finally wessex_exile, who also had the Fulham draw and the Charlton win, and one outcome, to give him a decent 7 points. Best of those to have one 3 pointer was Sector4, who got Birmingham 2-1 and three outcomes, to give him a decent 6 points.
In the Premier Having the Birmingham 2-1 spot-on helped RSCOSWORTH to increase his lead by 2 points, as he took his run at the top to double figures. That lead was increased as mfb_cufc could only manage to get three outcomes, but it was enough to hold on to the other DEMS spot. The Birmingham 2-1 spot-on for blueeagle, who remains third, and ghughes11, who moves up a place to fourth. The decent week for bwildered moves him up a place, and despite having the Charlton 2-1 spot-on, thrillseeker drops a place. The decent week for Sector4 keeps him out of trouble for another week, as the bottom three continues to remain the same, although concordman and noah4x4 both had the Birmingham 2-1 spot-on, to keep the pressure on those above.
In Division One Having the Fulham 1-1 spot-on, means gerry_us has taken his run at the top to eight weeks. The decent week for Lewis_1 has reduced that lead to one point again. A solid week for Tropical_Us, that included having the Birmingham 2-1 spot-on, moves him up a place to third, as he takes advantage of Blue4U2 getting two outcomes. The decent week for wessex_exile moves him up a place to fifth. Three outcomes for Daniel, as he takes the final play-off place. Status quo for unitedwhites, who got the Fulham 1-1 spot-on, and Twitters, who had the Birmingham 2-1 spot-on. The top scoring performace for NME_cufc moved him up a couple of places, to take him off the bottom. He is replaced there by oxfcolu, despite him getting the Fulham 1-1 spot-on.
