I feel he has acted professionally and got on with what is needed to get into the team. This whole episode smacks of someone kicking their pet because their partner had a row with them. So much for a clear path for youth players. |

The BBC is a world leader in a number of categories; drama, comedy, naturalist output etc. Its biggest failing, IMO, is its news output apropos political reporting. I first noticed this when their reporting of anything to do with Corbyn winning an election carried a tone of aversion to the notion and was even reflected in some of their political comedy content in HIGNFY and Mock The Week. Latterly, the complete restructuring of the BBC board in line with the then Tory government thinking and inference of Israeli funding both in the government and the BBC has led to skewed reporting of the genocide in Palestine and a biased push to get Reform front and centre to the exclusion of other parties with greater representation in the HoC. Whilst not entirely neutral to the point of being completely trustworthy for news, Al Jazeera tries to give a very balanced viewpoint to its political reporting. I have a habit of not trusting controversial news reporting until I have researched who is funding the news agency and cross checked the information with at least three other sources, also checked for ownership and funding sources. There are a lot of bad actors operating in political news reporting and it pays to be a little wary and sceptical all the time and FWIW the BBC are far from the worst. |

The fact that we have a cycling fitness coach in charge of this instead of a football fitness coach may have a lot to do with it. |

Uneducated by what metric? Most of your pronouncements on the club fulfil that criteria by some distance, and purporting to know my opinion on whether a player was going to make it or not merely underlines the crassness of your post. Define "make it" is it reaching a standard to be offered a professional contract or is it making 100+ appearances for your country? As a self professed football expert you definitely haven't made it based on your performances within this messageboard. What do YOU think makes you the expert? Most of us aren't seeing any signs of it. |

He has already proved he is good enough to play in the Championship with stats to prove it. Your insistence of self proclaiming your football expertise borders on trolling and time and again you have proved yourself incapable of demonstrating even basic levels of expertise. |

I think that was down to a combination of a solid defence and opposition that were wary of committing forwards due to Ale in midfield and Adel in front of him. |

This, and a number of other related threads on similar subjects lead me to believe that we have a lot of fans who do not like flair players and throws a lot of light on the decision to make Kenny POTY over Adel. |

Large bowl of creamy mashed potatoes, a few fried eggs chopped in and a load of mint garden peas and sweetcorn kernels mixed in to make every mouthful a taste and texture explosion. |

James Grant (Loft flags) spoke with him before the game and part of the conversation was "So, what's going on with you?" Rayans response was "I'm fit, I'm training hard, I'm ready to play". There is nothing wrong with either his commitment, attitude or personality so one can only assume he is being unfairly punished for things outside his control. I have also spoken to him on three occasions previously and all he wants to do is play in the first team and do well, he is proud of being a QPR player and I fear nonsense such as that posted on this thread and other social media will mean we never get to see him in his prime. I started watching him when he was just fifteen playing in the U16's and was soon in the U18's because he is a very technically gifted footballer with a good football brain. Scapegoating him feels very, very wrong to me. |

The sound of fireworks booming in the distance and the occasional burst and crack of the aerial rockets during the silence and Last Post added to the poignancy of the moment. |

Carlisle for me. Open terrace, we faced away from the pitch due to driving sleet and only turning around when rising crowd noise indicated something may be happening. That was my only visit as we were traumatised by the experience 😂 |

A few that know me well will attest that when we had the dressing room in Ellerslie Road I used to hang around the dressing room after the game hoping to scrouge a match worn shirt from the kit man. I was lucky enough to get a Tony Hazell home shirt, a Les Allen white away shirt and my pride and joy, a long sleeved Rodney home shirt which I wore at any and every opportunity until it disintegrated. I can't remember what happened to the other two, or how long I had them for. |

The irony of "Sesquipedalianism" not fitting on the board, albeit "sesquipedalian" fits with room to spare. |
