Culture, Les and Chris didn't produce the promised results fell out with Warbs who was without any doubt the most successful manager in the last decade.
If you do that at QPR now you get shown the door. The question now is who shows Nourry the door when a more useful employee fall out with him. That's my concern.
If we finished say 7th or 8th then who would be on gardening leave?
Nourry can only fix the culture down stream, those above him have been part of the problem for years.
I see him as a sticking plaster who will be torn off as soon as it suits. |

Think the board could do with cooling down a bit.
I think we've let Nourry learn his trade at our expense and time. I also think Marti is a compulsive self promotor, who has also mislead the fans. Not to mention his playing style is not easy to watch.
What we should be doing is demonstrating to any future candidates that another power struggle cannot and will not be allowed to develop.
It's called leadership and the truth is we sorely lack where it counts.
QPR will always be my first team but the truth is the recent owners are killing my passion for the game, from Flav to Bungle to Ruben. I detest them all.
Yes my club still exists but treading water while the bills rack up is no way to the sunlit uplands, they've moved on to other interests so why not sell?
Answer that question and you'll have some idea of where we are going, otherwise the answer is bloody no where. |
