I'd like an experienced coach who is adaptable and not stuck with a philosophy or style of play regardless of the players abilities. Someone who can bring a bit of much needed professionalism to our club. |

I get the impression that everything around our club at the moment seems to have an undercurrent of deception and things not being done for the best possible football outcome. Maybe it's just my suspicious nature. |

You're right, I was hoping for the best but fearing the worst. Coleman has lost any goodwill the fans had left for him, what does he do next? I'm hoping he recruits suitably competent staff to assist in running the club and a first team coach who can motivate and get the best out of what players we have but I fear his ego won't allow it. |

A very good summary of the situation, not what I wanted to read whilst eating my breakfast but it's where we are.
No matter how successful you are in other fields of business, football is a completely different industry, and football in this country is different again from other countries. Coleman has been at the club long enough to know what is needed but has failed to deliver. It seems he has very few transferable skills from his from his other business dealings to the world of professional football. |

I've been away for a few weeks, out of the country and had very little Internet access. Last game I attended was the Sunderland game just before Christmas. Although we lost I thought we put in a decent performance against a very good team. Spent that evening with a group of mates and also 4 Sunderland fans who were complimentary about us and thought we would finish higher up the table. I come home on the day of the Cardiff game, manage to catch 2nd half, shouldn't have bothered. Attended Tuesday night, walking to the game thought I'd got the wrong day! Ground half empty no atmosphere, team put a shift in but our shortcomings are obvious and don't seem to be addressed. Is all this on the back of LW and his flirting with what or are there deeper issues? |
