I think itās a fab window, but I have to ask you directly, what point is there bringing in anybody new, gold or otherwise, if itās just to throw them on a bonfire of a failed footballing infrastructure?

Pity the Morecambe fans, and community, but the notion that all stadia ought to become assets of community value wouldn't (in the long run) add much of a safety-net, I wish it did.
We only need to look at the run-down state of the LC Stadium to get an idea of how that could go.
Football clubs as ACVs, might have more of a chance though. |
