As the home game with Newcastle as now been allocated a definite TV slot.
The away fixture at Boston, as become a season changer.
Lose and its doom and gloom all the way...Win and it's Happy time Xmas and new year.
Money in the bank yet again, and the January transfer window.
May all the lucky omens be available on Monday 16th December. |

Hill is a total bully do it his way or your out...
Flicker has more empathy with players and fans...
Bolton players are young, so will be influenced by his approach.
Hill would be a very good number two, to a father figure manager like Roy Hodgson.
But as a front man ...will lose half the dressing room..
A pure egotist..do it my way or else....Flicker is different class. |

Lets face it Sunderland and Blackpool will both get promoted.
Dale stood up to both teams admirably, There's a good feel around Spotland.
The management are very professional ,and likeable.
The players are giving their all...and at a high standard.
Defence is superb, Goalie maybe world class, midfield very competent.
Just a missing piece up front...We have the best in the league with Hendo.
But one more piece will nearly complete the jigsaw...A true class striker as a partner...
Worth a big investment, as we on the fringe of Rochdale's best ever team.

Best draw possible....a 2nd Division team at home they will bring 1600 fans ,
Great atmosphere..and we can play many changes and still be too good for them at home.
They will be easily beaten with 3/4 of our top players rested...
Then deserve some home match against a well supported Top team maybe like Everton or Newcastle.
This is the year this new young manager who liaises with the fans who love him will bring this club to its highest status ever,,,...Everyone is optimistic, love the manager really appreciates the team.
Honestly think by the end of this year there will be 7000 and over fans at some late games.
IIts the year of the Irish connection....and we will love it.... |

This might be perfect for Hill.
His level..can bully players for 6 months before losing the dressing room.
The guy just has zero empathy with people below his Managerial status.
Flitcroft is different, can talk associate with the players...
All big time Charlies lose it in the end....
I always thought Hill and Flicker working for a real manager as assistants.
Would be great grafters, as long as some Roy Hodgson type guy had the last say.
And pick the team the players would always have a professional to fall back on, not an omnipotent person.
Wonder if anyone agrees ...could even Be number 1 and 2 equal behind a real manager in the championship. |
