Far more optimistic than I was a couple of weeks ago
Still need a first choice LB and would love us to add some more pave and power into CM
Up.front is what it is but if Kelman isn't going extend his contract then we need to sell and replace him |

As all the teams seem to play more or less the same way I think we could have some success early on if we hit teams with a 442 the difficulty will be maintaining that for the season especially when teams have worked out how we play .
Really hope this works because as a fan base we really deserve it |

Nourry's position will be untenable if this all goes south
We had a competent manager in place but due to ego's who refuse to put the club first they have put another unnecessary risk into what was always going to be a very difficult summer
The club and especially Nourry and Hoos need this to work . I'm crossing everything it does and Dunne resigning does give me a flicker of hope but we desperately need to find 3 teams worse than us as at the moment I fear for us |

Was 16 stone and 5'11 but made a conscious effort to lose weight in July 2024 and hit my target weight of 13 stone in January this year .
I've cut out a lot of rubbish but the main thing that has made me lose it is giving up beers so I now just drink vodka & soda or Gin & tonic
I've also been running more and set a challenge to do a sub 25 mins 5k , PB is currently at 26.03 so a bit of a way to go but I've only really been running for 18 months or so and my first ever 5k was 37 mins its going in the right direction |

Shocking scenes and massive questions need to be asked why a car was allowed to drive down that route
Fingers crossed no deaths and everyone recovers quickly
From the footage I've seen the car is being attacked then panics with their foot stuck on the accelerator.
I'm sure it wasn't a deliberate premeditated "attack" or anything but shocking all the same |
