| Forum Reply | MC has got to go at 12:15 12 Nov 2024
Why on earth should MC go? Sacked Ferdinand who had no dof experience but at least played the game and appointed someone with no football experience and no life experience. Admit LFs transfer dealings were probably worse over a longer period. Of all the clubs in the world (the whole world as far as I can tell) only one has a 24 year old in charge and only one has combined both roles (spoiler its us). I could weep when I see that long, long list of clubs Brentford, Brighton, Watford, Ipswich even Luton who laugh at us because they have a plan and are well run. Every season we are crap. Just me who only bothers to check the score at full time lately? Explain to me why despite so many awful footballers bought in what's to stop them at least trying? Running about? Tackling? We are exactly where we deserve to be. |

Watching Ipswich beat Spurs thing that struck me is how much effort they put in. Chasing, shutting down, not giving up on things, sticking their head in where it hurts. These are all things our team could be doing regardless of their footballing abilities or it appears their lack of them for several? Not their fault someone offered them a big bag of cash to come here but is their fault they hide and won't try? Cancel training and show them 90 minutes of Ipswich and ask them to show some self-respect next match. Maybe get our esteemed dof to sit in too? |

Think the problem is regardless of Ainsworth (who I don't think has shown any indication he has the tactical or managerial ability to turn this round) we are exactly where we should be based on how this club has been run. Ferdinand was kept on for years after it was apparent he had no talent for the role and worse still backed over competent, experienced managers. Our recruitment and development is frankly hopeless. Whilst Brentford were buying players like Toney and Watkins we were wasting the Eze money paying players to leave. The likes of Travelman and Kakay speaks volumes about our jobs for life coaching set up? Changing the manager won't change how this club is run. We will go down because we are one of the 3 worst clubs in the championship we may even end up being the worst. |

Great result for GA today. Has my absolute support for taking over a club that is a 5hitshow from top to bottom but no consequences when you don't deliver - jobs for life? If ever there was a club that wouldn't have their pitch ready for day 1 yep QPR. But hey the ' Period povety' home match is all sorted. Keep GA and start shipping out development coaches who seem unable to err, develop? |

Think the problem is with the levels of incompetence at this club we are exactly where we deserve to be. Backed Ferdinand over MW, backed our jobs for life coaches despite being unable to produce any players. LF and Co wasted the Eze money on so many duds who we ended up paying to leave or sold at a loss. That's how you end up with the performance today. |

Not sure if you are defending Ferdinand or agreeing with what a total shitshow he and the coaches he has appointed have created? At times today we looked like a Sunday league team, shinning clearances away? Birmingham are awful but should have beaten us by 2 or 3. The players looked clueless, heads need to roll, if you think otherwise you are equally clueless. |

Watching this if anyone on here wants to tell me we don't need a clear out of the people running the football side of this club you must be delusional |

We sure can pick a player at this club whether transfer or loan? Just how many injury prone players have we got in. Sod the new training ground we should build an a and e! |

Think Les and the gang are likely to succeed in getting us out of the championship alright just not in the right direction. Carefully assembled Squad lacks fight, character or ability. |

Did we wait for Warnock to get a job before sacking our manager so no pressure to have him as a caretaker. Cant see the point of hanging on to nc to see if he could get a win away at the divisions form side? Equally likely we did want Warnock but in our stellar decision making way p155 balled around and someone else got him |
| Forum Reply | Is that it then? at 18:04 18 Feb 2023
For the same reason our dof won't do the right thing and go? Won't get another job anywhere and is on a ridiculous salary here. |
| Forum Reply | Critchley going, going... at 09:30 15 Feb 2023
Why who do you think we could get in who could turn this around? I know it's the QPR way - everything is 100% the managers fault but after 8 years with our dof maybe he's the problem? NC didn't recruit or develop this lot did he? LF's recent interview was full of Well what can you do,?and Nothing to do with me guv? Maybe get someone in who has some ideas to get us out of this disaster of a season? |

I stand corrected, wasn't aware. Serious question were they adds on to the coaching staff or did they replace people? |

If anyone believes that having a nice new training ground will change what is wrong with this club well opinions vary. We have a coaching set up that is not any good at developing or spotting talent. We have a dof who is not very good at transfer targets who we eventually let go at great loss Bonne, Thomas, connor. He also gives same developed talent long contracts which they see out on loans whilst laughing all the way to the bank. Lastly when the manager fails with these transfers and developed players everything is 100% only his fault. We keep our dof, we keep all our coaches then get another manager so he can be blamed. Jobs for life at qpr - for some. Ask NC if he wants to bring in some coaches he rates and get rid of some of our duds who don't produce, might give the rest a kick up the ass. |

Keep the manager, who is going to do any better with this lot? Problem is the club is full of people stealing a living but its always the manager who gets sacked. Need to make changes amongst dof, coaches, whoever selects transfer targets and an awful lot of players. Club is badly run full stop and has been for years. |

which questions why our players don't give AF. Why they aren't professional (too cool for school subs routine at half time). Why we can't develop players, why we buy so many duds. Why a team like Fleetwood seem to do better at the non football stuff on match days? Big red flashing lights for the club as a whole. The owners need to decide if people at this club are capable of changing what they've allowed to develop or get new people in who can? |

Really interesting post, I agree give the man the job and let him do it. Stay the course he won't turn things round in a few months. But also have a long hard look at other people at the club. Not the owners obviously, thank God they've stuck with it but we are carrying some real under performers if we can sack managers we can sack others. |

Kinda sums up this club at the moment, no one appears to give af. Fans are depressed beyond words players like him thinking that's handy I'll have a Saturday off in a few weeks. Where's the passion or the pride or heaven forbid the desire to put a shift in for the thousands he gets paid? Imagine someone like Keane seeing a Man U player doing this after getting turned over by Fleetwood? If I was in charge at any level at this club the tiles would be coming off the walls in the dressing room shouting at this shower of ... Clear out some management and coaches and get professional passionate people in or accept relegation this season or next. |
| Forum Reply | Just when you think.... at 10:25 8 Jan 2023
This club needs a clear out. We buy duds one after the other and we produce next to nothing for the first team. Managers come and go and the set up sits there smugly stealing a living. Doubtless NC will last 18 months then it'll all be his fault again. Pointless building a training ground with this lot running it, something very wrong with the ethos of this club when you get performances like yesterday? But people will still come on here and defend the set-up that bought Bonne and Co? Why aren't you as pi55ed off as me? |
