I think a lot of people think he is the wrong person for the job and would like to take some action to highlight this. I appreciate it will not change things in the short term but having him in charge of transfers in January sounds a disaster to me.
My suggestion , which is very simple, is everyone who wants sends an email to Lee Hoos <lee.hoos@qpr.co.uk> simply telling him that Nourry should go. If people pass it to other boards and one gets a large number of people writing in , at least the club will know the supporters view. Despite what people say large numbers of opinions do have an effect.Plus if Hoos gets a thousand emails he will know as his computer will be filled with the opinion! |

Ultimately it always comes back to the owners. What on earth is Ruben doing? Is he totally disinterested or stupid? If neither then he should for the first time actually do something sensible. Sack Nourry and Belk now and tell Hoos to go at the end of the season. Reading thru all the posts who actually disagrees with this? I really think noone so what is wrong with Ruben? Nice guy and totally gullible and if not frankly stupid. Of course Nourry will stay. He clearly had achieved very little historically so he is now on a nice number. Ditto for Belk who seldom leaves Loftus Road to assess a player. Everything is down to Ruben and that is our fundamental problem. He is clueless and unable to actually see that he is a sucker. Generous with his money maybe but along with Fernandes the destroyers of QPR due to what can only be described as total incompetence and a real ability to be taken for a ride. |

I wrote here a month or so back that I was stopping going and after 50 years and 30 years of holding 2 season tickets I can tell you it has been a pleasant experience. I still follow the results and do the odd post but I am already much less tense and can shake off a result by 530. And for what it is worth my annoyance is not with the players but with those who bought them in. Rueben is clearly spineless and easily conned. Hoos, Belk and especially Nourry are a combination of poor to uninterested. Rueben owns the club ,it is up to him to sort it. Not bringing back Allen and taking Nourry instead was just ridiculous as can be highlighted by the summer signings at Millwall and ourselves. And for those who think we will bounce back from League 1 are I think in dreamland. Something like Charlton is more likely. Useless owners equals useless football club. Frankly I'd rather the owners put the club into admin and see what happens. Otherwise I think next season with this lot and we will be looking more at League 2. |

Rueben is putting in £2m a month, he can see that everything he has done has failed. He must be able to see that those he has put in charge of running 'the business' have failed. All of that is blatantly obvious. The question is why does he continue to rely on this team of people when clearly to a person they have failed individually and in their appointments. But still he persists. He allows for a 26 year old who is clueless clearly to come in. Who on earth in their right mind would allow that to happen. He can see surely we are shocking, he can ,if he botherseasily guage where the fans think we are. But still he does nothing. His management team have totally failed but he just sits there. Honestly what does he think he is doing. Beyond me. |

The principle is something has to change. We haven't won at home this season , the fans are pissed off. I simply don't think things can stay as they are. New manager a win and the attitude shifts |

I am sure this will be unpopular but on reading thru all the comments on this site I do not think it unfair to say the majority of fans have or are losing faith in the senior management and the players. Something has to change or you will end up with fan v players ie Jimmy Dunne the other night. If Nourry and others won't leave and it should be them , Marti is the only other option. Again I don't think it is unfair to say he does not appear to know what to do next and is floundering. Mark Robins is a proven Championship manager and whilst I see all the arguments for not changing manager it is also true to say 99% of people on this site think with some certainty that we will be relegated with the current set up. We can't the players,those in charge refuse to acknowledge their incompetence which leaves only one fall guy |

It is all up to Rueben. I simply cannot understand why he does not do something. None of us are geniuses ( well most at least!) but the problem is obvious, those running the club have created this mess and to be replaced. It really isn't rocket science. You only have to look at our signings and know most of them will struggle next year in League 1. Frankly I would be fine if Rueben put the club into administration, we dropped 10 points ,got a new owner who could buy the club for very little given our monthly losses and start again in Lesgue 1. I have said for over 5 years now that unless Rueben wakes up or gives up the club will end up at best lower league1. Uxbridge r used to give me stick but would be interested to hear his views now. Not gloating but he was always optimistic |

Kevin has been around the club all his life. When we were in admin he was the one as Chairman who was the driving force behind our survival. He was Chair of the ladies and is a trustee of the community Trust. He was prior to semi retirement also a seriously success business man. On top of all that he is an extremely nice person who dedicates his life to a lot of charities. It is my view that he needs to be bought into a very senior role in order to sort out the organisational mess that just seems to go on regardless. I also believe he knows Rueben quite well. The club needs someone with his credentials who has a very long term proven track record in business and football. I think we as fans need to bring pressure on the club to consider this option. And yes I have known Kevin for many years and can vouch for the truth of all the above. All I need is people on this board to agree with the principle and I will then bring the sentiment to the notice of the club. If anyone is on other boards I would appreciate if you could repost this thread. Thanks |

I have supported QPR for over 50 years , have been a season ticket holder for more than 30, have put money in buckets but with a 5 hour round trip to get to Loftus Road i feel that the time has come to stop. The players are who and what they are and whilst i have carried on about the new signings being way below par for this division my real problem is the way the club is run and the constant mess over the past few years that those who make the decisions have created. There is little point in saying this one or that one is useless as pretty much collectively they have all let the club down. I think the current side is one of the worst i have seen and this has been created by a management team from top to bottom that are clearly totally somewhere between inept and inexperienced . At last Karl Ready etc gave their all. This lot are just annoying. So i am going to give it a go and give up my support and see if it is possible. A shame but as my wife said last night you just come home in a bad mood because of a football match , why bother. I just feel from Marti upwards we are currently a ship without a sail. So we will see if this addiction to QPR which has been for most of my life is as easy to give up as smoking! |

....for league 1. I have seen every game this season and in my view we are currently bottom of the league and that is our correct position. I have said for weeks that Madson,Anderson, Celar are nowhere near good enough for this league. Fox made two horrific errors to lose us the game but Madson was worse than him. Marti approved the buying of all the new players and is looking to play a system which the players are not good enough for and in addition we make terrible errors at the back are completely out of our depth in midfield and simply cannot score when given an opportunity. Portsmouth are very poor and we are worse. Whoever thought a number of these new players would make it in this league should be sacked. Last year Ainsworth was awful but the players as a unit had enough to survive. This year I don't think we have any chance playing this style with league1 or maybe even 2 players. Shout out fir Frey who worked hard all game. Madson is worse than Dozell which is frightening and Fox today must have had the worst game of his career. Personally i think we are getting worse each game and something has to happen fast. Last year Marti was able to with a limited but ok squad. This year he gas been a large part of bringing on players who simply are very poor. I really see no way out after 10 games. We are truly awful. |

It was Marti who asked for the players he got. He made the fundamental error of thinking he could do something different in this league. He is responsible for this mess and in his own words is very stubborn so is continuing with a style that simply does not work. He created it and if he dies by it that is his fault. Anderson, Madson, Celar, Santos, Varane were a waste of money and in my view will all disappear from the club within 18 months. Personally i would give Marti 3 more games but if he doesn't change i don't see results will and they never will with the squad he has formed and the style he wants to play. The problem is all of the clubs making and once again we find ourselves in a situation caused by a poor transfer policy. Belk should probably move on too unless he has a very good excuse. |

He points out the problems very clearly in his interview. We have signed a certain style of player etc. unfortunately they are not the style of player required in the Championship unless they are very good not bang average. He has created the problem by totally misunderstanding what this division is all about. He chunters on about different styles of play but doesn't seem to realise what he bought is not good enough to compete against the strong, determined typical Championship player. He asked for a type of player and got it partly i am sure because Nourri doesn't have the experience to say that wont work here . We are bang in trouble . All an opposition has to do is close us down fast, get in some strong tackles and we can't cope. Marti worked with what he had last year to great effect. In the summer he had the chance to mould a team in his vision but unfortunately that vision was completely misguided. We pin our hopes on Chair, JCS and even Fox all last years players. Never a mention of a new signing being a hope bar Nardi. Madson , Santos, Varane all weak and unable to cope with the physicality. Dembele and Saito and Celar in the same category, This is a physical league and we signed powder puffs. |

Marti chose these players. He was very demanding about what and who he wanted and he got it totally wrong and in my view we are in a worse place now than under Ainsworth. With him the tactics were all wrong with Marti the players are all wrong and that is a real problem. Plus in League 1 these players will also be too weak |

I will get shouted at for this but it was Marti who pushed for these signings. They are in the main not of the style or quality required for the Championship. He is the one who appears to have screwed it. People say it is way to early but we are 20% thru the season and we have a big problem simply as we wasted a transfer window again.We all had hope at the start of the season and now we have a manager who is clutching at straws. Lose against Portsmouth and the pressure is on Marti. At the moment he seems completely out of ideas and has clearly messed up on who he has bought in. He has created the problem to which there appears little solution |
