Yes it is there when logged in Perhaps it is something with iPads. It looks like someone has noticed my moan because the message now doesn't appear in the threads, only the index, which is fine. Whoever sorted it, thank you
It's a pity it covers a lot of the page and I don't seem to be able to remove it. It is really annoying when I've scrolled to the bottom of a thread and then can't access the next or page number as it is covered by the banner. I have to scroll back to the top again!!!
The first time I remember hearing songs at a match was at Tranmere in the 50s they were singing I hear the sound of distant bums Over there over there And do they smell Like ......... Hell
So that's why I can't find it in the apple App Store. I tried playing the interview on the web page but nothing happened. Hope they sort it before the season starts
i have just signed up for Stand up for your club. If you live overseas you can sign up at https://www.representyourclub.com and you may win a trip to a game paid for by the Football League. I've just done it and am number 5 for Dale this makes us the 71st best supported team in the league! So we are not the worst!
The first FA Cup game I remember was in the 50s I was taken to see Dale play Charlton Athletic because Sam Bartram was playing in goal for them ( I believe he was the England keeper at the time ) We lost of course. I also remember the replay at Old Trafford when we couldn't see past half way.
I started sneaking in when they opened the gates in the 50s and have supported ever since. I remember players like Frank Lord and Tony Collins, Ray Aspden Stan Milburn and remember good times in the League cup and our first promotion and the many re-elections as well but I believe the sustained quality of football under Keith as never been equalled.
