Asking trust members, shareholders if they can help to secure the future requires changes, the changes are at board level.....
That is a major stumbling block....
Didnt SG said the approached RMBC and they said no, I wonder if that is down to government cuts...
Alty have set the precident now with 20 investors and can the Dale Trust and the BoD do the same and attract the same level of committent...
I like to think so.....

It isnt cheap opening a gym..
A friend of ours is a qualified gym instructor and a personal trainer and he looked into it himself....
Cost was in excess of £60k for equipment from another gym that went bust in 2021 6mths after opening....
He also does Jujitsu training and MMA training classes and his girlfriend is a qualified yoga instructor aswell...
They also courses to train young children..
It is possible but requires outlay....

The wages that will be saved on O'Donnell, Graham, Mullarkey, Ball, Kelly, Lloyd, Odoh, Brierley, Bennett, Diagouraga based upon an average wage of £2k a week each should be £1m over this season
Then there is Charman and Malley average on wages of £1,500 pr week saving about £150k a year..
Total saving per month this season is £100k with an annual saving of £1.2m..
Is this £1.2m being used to service last season debt!
The 5 loan players: Seriki, Mellor, Dodgson, Eastwood, Quigley i presume that Dale would have paid a wages percentage..
I could not gauge how much a percentage Dale where paying..
The actual elephant in the room and ive mentioned it many times is the 100+ non football staff at the club...
That seriously needs addressing to help get the club.... |

Quite a throughly entertaining game only difference was that Ebbsfleet where more of a team that Dale.
Dale where all to huff n puff with no end result as it a tad rushed as though they where under pressure to win and put an end to the drivel of the past few seasons..
The squad needs a few more faces and i dont think the team are to far away from getting it right..
Outlook is positive on the field and after a few more matches we will see dale in a better light.. |

Im sorry who was responsible for opening up should be given tbeir marching orders along with a P45.
The staff should be at the club at least 15mins prior to opening and the be prepared.
If i was 5mins late for work i would told not to turn up again....
This attitude needs to be sorted and the Trust need to make a big noise about with the BoD and dont take no crap from them...
Dale are struggling financially and this happens it is not on........ |

I concur but it is possibly heading that way..
I was originally against the loan as for many reasons people have mentioned but we need the money to survive or try to..
But i have pracically no faith in the BoD as they have done very little in reducing the outgoings...
Something needs to be done and quick or the club will vanish..... |

The trust can only back the Chairman if its members agree.
A simple yes or no ballot would answer that....
Looking at the head table just before the FF came live was not a good sight at all in fact Murray had the look of I dont want to be here and I hope it is over soon....
The body language was shocking and that oused negativity..... |
