Saints - I don't hate them. I don't like them. They're inoffensive. And you know what, Liverpool sort of f**ked them when they used to be good by nicking all their players. So f**k Liverpool.

I watched The Gorge the other night. Was ok, killed 90 mins nicely enough.
Wouldn’t necessarily recommend it apart from if you have 90 mins to spare and nothing better to watch.

A medial meniscus tear (which it sounds like you have) is very common. Its a really easy surgery if no ligament damage.
The meniscus is the part of the cartilage that curls up to form a cup luke structure that the condyl of the femur sits into so its all stable. They go in and drill the broken bit off (debridement). Most of the swelling after is cuz they fill ur knee joint with tonnes of fluid during the surgery. A bakers cyst can sometimes form after which can be a bummer as they dont really go away. I have one the size of a grape behind my left knee.

Ive had 3 of these surgeries. In all honesty its an outpatient proceedure now and your up on crutches for a couple days then just fine. Really its not much of a problem. My 1st meniscus surgery was in late 80's and that was a week on your back and weeks of pyhsio etc.
Now with keyhole its pretty easy.

I think maybe JD will actually make it to President one day. He has plenty of money behind him and that’s what wins in America now. He is young and has plenty of time to improve his standing.
I can’t stand the bloke but he does orate well and Peter Thiel wants him in the top slot.

Hopefully he crawls back under his rock but I can’t see it.
My big fear is a Trump Dynasty with Jnr and Baron.
Clearly though the world is going to shit right now.
