Several clubs were contacted before the code of conduct was compiled.
From memory, Norwich, Fulham, Exeter, Lincoln.
All were different.
Interestingly, Lincoln have their supporters trust listed as a company director rather than a named individual. |

If the owners have requested it, end of story.
If not, without the change(s) to the performance of the role as previously identified and addressed, I see it as pointless. |

I don't know if any of it was ever adopted.
The point being that if the Trust main board director cannot report into and represent the Trust board, what is the purpose of the position? The individual acts in total isolation from the Trust because of the need for confidentiality, which defeats the purpose.
Trust representation on CAB allows for more transparency, in my opinion, and is the route we should take instead of main board representation. |

The Trust board has previously submitted a.code of conduct which outlines how the Trust main board director should act.
Concession was reached on the main board meetings agenda being made available for the Trust board to guide their rep in how to vote on any matters arising.
The document was.baded on an FSA template and was drafted with the help of a lawyer.
With regards the CAB, there are 2 Trust board members on CAB. |
