On the subject of sausages and black pudding we had a cracking breakfast at the Kardomah Christmas Eve and I was lucky enough to bump into my old mucker Owain and his lovely wife.

I listened to that Tory Darren Millar on the Fix Wales videos' on FB and liked what I heard, but then I saw another by him recently promoting the tree planting program so he's another clown to avoid, I don't lean to either side there's good points on either side of centre, so I'll go with being dead centre

I thought Labour had at last found the right man to take the party forward when he became leader, but after 6 weeks to 2 months after he became leader he proved to me that it was a false dawn.

So I never voted for him or any of those other clowns, I've no idea as to who to vote for come May, so I'll no doubt abstain again.

Have you tried gently swimming etc? These chair exercises are seemingly getting popular as well not strain on the joints. regular bodyweight leg exercises have helped my knee problems, gentle stretching works as well for me, if I don't do anything else I always make sure to do leg stretches and leg bodyweight exercises, I started to get regular leg cramping at night, I rarely get them now if at all.

I discipline myself to eating three times a day, porridge breakfast before work and a cold meat or tuna or salmon salad for lunch and a sensible meal for tea, with plenty of water if possible, only trouble with that is needing the toilet to regularly, my water intake has dropped off slowly but surely over the last few months preferring tea.

Another big thing for me was cutting back on my beer intake, I used to have at least 8 to 10 bottles of ale on a saturday night and sometimes a couple on a friday night, I consume 3 in the main now, but rarely more than 4 I do have a few glasses of wine preferably red,

They're not getting anything right, giving billions away and how many uturns has this government made?

Starmer and his government are hated up and down the country, there's a reason for that and it's not because people are thick as builthy eloquently puts it.

Welsh labour are the same spending money abroad on planting f'ing trees and setting up offices and in uk strongholds like Kaznakhstan ffs.

Spot on, self determination and discipline is the answer, I'm obsessed with checking my weight though every morning on waking and everynight before jumping into my pit.

These last few days haven't made good reading though

January Transfer Rumours

There must be reasons as to why Parker hasn't been utilised, but it remains a bit of a mystery has to why he at least hasn't been give a chance, I think 3 at the back for some games is needed especially to help us in attack.

Swansea City : Matos at a crossroads with his team still searching
at 11:05 28 Dec 2025

Matos is still finding out about some of his players, but he's got some poor choices to choose from in some positions, think we need at least three maybe four in the January window, the glaring obvious is at RB and a bigger concern is in attack and especially creativity options.
Stating the obvious I suppose, but there it is.

I agree and yes there should still be investigations if they go bust and any large amounts of capital that have seemingly disappeared investigated, to many loopholes that make things to easy, in some cases and not all in fairness, businesses do go tits up through no fault of the business owners.

Anybody on here used it, just reading on Wales online that its helped Caroline Harris.

I don't see the need myself, I've lost 20 kgs just by being disciplined and doing some exercise, mostly basic stretches and just moving more, last few days haven't been disciplined though, but I managed to when I was on Hols in summer, with Christmas there's just to much stuff to avoid, be back on the straight and narrow soon though.

Little victories and all that, even though they aren't victories cause whatever anyone gains with an ISA they lose in other ways, like the 40% on the extra hrs people may work, you're virtually victimised for doing extra work in the real sense.

People are actually losing money for for working extra hours, you couldn't make it up honestly.

If he does dodge his taxes then as long as its legally done then well done to him, look at those with much greater wealth.

And I pay enough taxes I get slaughtered, so yes I will moan.

Anyway I'm off out now play tidy

And? he's put the value of the work farmers do on the map, he's brought farms together to produce and supply home grown products and he's practising that by buying a pub and using locally grown products to produce the meals they serve.

I like him and his programs, people don't like him because he says and speaks what he feels is the truth.

Compare him to Starmer and it's like comparing chalk and cheese,
