Bazunu’s loan spell ended early
at 13:47 26 Apr 2025

Bazunu's defence? An oxymoron. I cannot recall a save from him that had any class at all. I may be wrong, but despite being an international keeper, he is useless, full stop.
I remember an international where Flowers was in goal for Wales and Antti was at the other end. Back in the days when we had goalkeepers.

No, nor should it. Our once proud club, renowned for overachieving has been raped and ruined by owners who came to bleed the money out of it.

This isn't SFC any more, how ever much we revere it.

SFC as was is now just a cash cow that will be discarded as soon as it doesn't pay. Football to SR is a commodity, the vehicle that makes the money. If they could make the stuff without football, they would.
Getting another point is a relief, never, never a cause for celebration.

An injured Bazunu. What a Godsend. SR will play him anyway. See you all in league one and just another eight seasons to go with the ten year plan.

Well, I hope it is a very light elephant because I think that both he and the club have somewhat inflated ideas regarding his market value.

Thank you. I hope Charley Farley starts him next week. There is little better for team morale than fielding a player who got his eye in last time out.

He knew he had saved his team from being the worst ever - cut the bloke some slack! This could be the highlight of our season!

Not entirely sure about Big Les being cynical. You play for the team you are in. He scored, knew what it meant to the fans and acknowledged them through the club badge. Good sportsmanship in my opinion.

Absolutely, GRIM. Most of my posts have been critical this season but I want to see my club of choice succeed.

Sorry. If the net result of playing him is minus one goal- again, then he isn't worth playing.
He might be hard working sometimes and one of our best but that is more indictment than recommendation.

Yes, Ramsdale too, the hardest working keeper in the game, alas.
